Project: Smithown, NY

The project involved the removal of a Single Story Ranch Style Home to it’s existing foundation and designing a new Two Story Shingle Style Residence. The project design took a dark, maze-like interior space and created to an open, inviting home that has soaring vaulted ceilings, free-flowing spaces, open and bright interiors, and interesting architectural details.

This project minimized construction costs through reutilization of the existing foundation, as well as kept the taxes for the new construction down.
